岗位职责： 1、负责审核各部门的采购申请单、定货单。 2、负责日常采购工作定期与材料会计、用货部门共同进行市场调查，开发货源。 3、负责日常采购合同、协议的签署，对合同的执行进行管理。 4、制定采购的方针、策略、程序文件，经管理当局批准后保证贯彻执行。 5、根据酒店需求与市场供应审定价格合理、货品质量可靠、信誉好、售后服务优的供应厂商，确定供应关系。 6、负责组织市场调查研究，及时酒店提供市场信息，指导下属按计划完成酒店的各类采购任务，并在预算内尽量做到降低成本、节省开支。 岗位要求： 1、拥有供应管理/财务/会计相关学位/文凭。 2、良好的计算机技能，尤其是办公软件，使用电子邮件，Iscala或其他物料管理系统。 3、协助财务部经理准备并按时更新物料部预算，确保达到目标的同时有效地控制成本。 4、至少2年相关工作经验。 5、有同级别酒店相关工作经验。

He is responsible for managing storage warehouses and deliveries to maximize efficiency and secure the business qualitatively and quantitatively.
