Job Description:
1.按酒店销售团队的要求准备各种行政文件。
1.Prepare all administrationdocuments required by the Hotel sales team.
2.处理所有销售部的邮件并维护通信数据库。
2.Attend to all sales departmentmail and maintain a correspondence data base.
3.协助销售经理建立分类存档系统。
3.Assist the Sales Managers inorganizing the filing system of the Division / Department / Section.
4.保持并更新促销宣传单。
4.Maintain and updatepromotional flyers.
5.依照业务需求开展工作。
5.Work in line with businessneeds.
6.负责部门员工的每月考勤。
6.Responsible for monthly attendance of department employees.
7.执行订房业务,包括是旅行社、会务公司和商务公司等预订工作。
7. Execution of booking business, including travel agencies, conference companies and business companies and other booking work.
8.协助策划酒店内部各部门的推销和宣传活动等方案。
8. Assist in planning programs such as marketing and promotional activities for various departments within the hotel.
岗位要求:
Job Requirements:
1.大专以上文化程度,熟练掌握和运用英语,在相同星级酒店工作经验。
1.Diploma or above, proficiency in English, working experience in the same star hotel.
2.外表端庄大方,身体健康、干净整洁。
2. Appearance is dignified and generous, healthy, clean and tidy.
3.善于与人交际,有亲和力,待人热情、友善,有礼貌,性格外向、机警灵活、工作勤奋。
3. Good at socializing with people, affinity, treating people with warmth, friendliness and courtesy, outgoing, alert and flexible, hardworking.
4.形象气质佳。
