The Role 岗位职责:

2. Ensures the section been assigned have sufficient equipment and supplies and that tables in the restaurant are clean, well maintained and properly set up according to the meal period set up at all times.
确保所被分配的服务区域有足够设备和物品使用,始终保持餐厅餐桌干净整洁并根据相应餐段进行摆台。
3. Supports and coaches teammates in serving food and beverage to guest according to prescribed service standards and procedures of restaurant service with emphasis on quality, speed, accuracy and attention to detail.
根据既定的服务标准,支持和训练同伴们如何服务食物和酒水以及餐厅服务流程,重点强调质量,速度,准确性及将所有细节精益求精。
4. Is fully proficient on the Point of Sale system (POS), Restaurant Reservation procedures.
精通使用POS系统和餐厅预订系统。
5. Checks the cleanliness and maintenance of equipment, fixtures, storage and service area and menus in the restaurant assigned and acts if rectification is necessary.
检查及维护所分配区域餐厅设备,固定装置,仓库,服务区域及菜单的是否整洁,如有需要应及时修正。
6. Knowledgeable on all food and beverage menus of the restaurant including buffet.
熟悉所有餐厅的菜单及酒水单,包括自助餐。
7. Initiates guest interaction through seeking feedback in order to personalize service and blow away guests.
与客人互动,寻求客人反馈从而为客人制定个性化服务及让宾客感到惊喜。
8. Takes accurate orders for all guests according to the given standard and practices suggestive selling to boost restaurant sales and checks the status of all orders and ensures that they are delivered within designated timelines.
根据既定标准为客人准确的点单,练习进阶销售来增加餐厅收入,检查所有点单的状态,确保所有点单都按时上菜。
9. Keeping the supervisor updated on the challenges, orders, guest satisfaction, guest preferences and special requests.
确保主管接收到最新的餐厅及宾客信息,包括挑战,订单, 客人满意度,宾客喜好及特殊需求。
10. Performs the other tasks assigned by the supervisor whenever necessary.
完成主管分配的其他任务。
11. Assists the supervisor in recording the daily figures of the assigned area.
协助主管记录所负责区域的日常数据。
12. Reports any unusual incidents, feedback, lost and found, breakage and losses, equipment and fixture break down to the supervisor.
及时向餐厅主管汇报异常事件,宾客反馈,失物招领,破损及丢失,设施设备损坏。
13. Attends the daily Line-up, the monthly colleague meeting and relevant trainings conducted by the hotel management.
参加每日的部门会议及酒店组织的相关培训。
14. Keeps himself/herself informed of all pertinent details concerning the hotel, events in the area, activities and promotions in the restaurants and in the hotel.
确保了解酒店相关信息,包括酒店宴会活动、酒店及餐厅推广活动等。
15. Maintains order and cleanliness of the service area, menus and service station.
负责接收点单及维护服务区域,菜单及服务台卫生。
16. Is attentive and takes note of anniversaries, birthdays and special dates discussed by guests in order to surprise guests and create a wow-effect.
留意并记录宾客谈论到的生日、纪念日及特殊日期,为宾客准备惊喜,让宾客留下终身难忘的美好回忆。
17. Supports the hostess in preparing buffet food labels, and reservations signs according to prescribed standard.
根据既定标准协助领位准备自助餐菜牌及接受预定。
18. Reports to the supervisor at the start of shift to receive necessary instructions for the shift, side duties assigned, table reservations, menu changes, special menu, availability of food and beverages and guest comments.
交接班时向主管汇报或获取需要交接的事宜,包含工作任务分配、预定数、菜单更改、特供菜单、食品酒水库存及宾客反馈。
19. Capable of operating all equipment in the restaurant and bar.
掌握餐厅及酒吧所有设备的操作。
20. Establishes and maintains respectful and good relations with teammates within and between other departments.
在本部门同伴间及与其他部门同伴间建立并维持相互尊重及良好关系。
21. Provides assistance to teammates within Food & Beverage and other departments in the performance of tasks to foster team work, respect and success for the hotel.
与同伴成员互帮互助包含餐饮部成员及其他部门同伴,相互尊重,促进团队合作,为公司绩效作贡献。
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求:
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).
拥有酒店工作经验(特别是奢华品牌的酒店)。
Have professional training in hospitality industry.
接受过酒店专业的培训。
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.
能够流畅的使用普通话或英语进行对话。
Having good communication skills.
良好的沟通能力。
Able to operate basic computer skills.
正确应用基本电脑系统。
Minimum 1 years Culinary experience for international luxury brands or affiliated five-star hotels.
拥有至少1年及以上国际奢华品牌或联号五星级酒店厨房工作经验。
