Job Summary Responsible that all bars in the hotel are always properly equipped, maintained and cleaned. Ensure that all bartenders are properly trained and follow cocktail standards and recipes. Enhance the beverage knowledge of all bar associates to guarantee a professional guest approach to maximize revenue & profit.
