岗位职责 1. 执行酒店各项促销计划，积极销售酒店各类产品（客房、餐饮、会议等），完成销售目标，增加酒店收益，推进酒店经营目标的完成。 2. 严格执行酒店财务相关知识与政策，规避日常工作中容易出现的各类审计问题，确保各项操作符合财务政策。 3. 熟练掌握前台各项操作技能及酒店相关产品知识，确保熟练应用前台各类服务设施设备、产品知识对客提供专业、优质的服务，确保宾客满意。 4. 严格执行部门标准操作程序及制度，确保无BCG违规事件、安全事故及重大投诉事件发生。 5. 熟练使用前台相关操作系统，如：PMS、PSB、发票系统、E-booking、停车系统等，确保熟练使用系统为宾客提供服务，确保宾客满意。 6. 执行酒店会员管理计划，推进完成酒店年度会员邀请及会员积分兑换目标。 7. 掌握和执行酒店相关安全政策——紧急救护程序和政策、消防程序、特殊安全事件中前台对应职责，确保能够按照标准执行。 任职条件 1. 大专及以上学历，专业不限。同岗位工作经验1年以上；外籍可面谈。 2. 熟悉前台对客服务技能、酒店管理系统、旅业系统及前台日常运营。 3. 掌握酒店业相关英语词汇，能做简单日常英语口语交流。 请注意：你的简历信息将会被我们转发到我们的第三方招聘系统进行流程使用。我们会采用合理的安全措施来保护您的个人数据安全，如您继续申请该职位，即表示您已知晓并认可我们的操作。
