主要职责 Primary Responsibilities ： 1、负责清洁楼层客房及相关区域并使之保持整洁良好的状态。确保客人物品的安全和整齐有序。为所有客人提供舒适的环境。 Responsible for making guest rooms and surrounding areas clean and orderly on the floor and in well maintained condition. Keep the guest items safe and orderly. Provide comfortable stay to all guests. 2、迅速巧妙地处理客人的投述和要求。确保客人离开酒店前对酒店提供的服务感到满意。如果无法妥善处理客人的投述和要求应请求行政管家的帮助。 Handle all complaints and requests immediately and tactfully. Make sure the guests are satisfied with the service before they leave the hotel. Request assistance from the Exec. Housekeeper if complaints and requests cannot be handled. 3、按照酒店的标准清洁住人房。 Clean and make up occupied rooms according to hotel standards. 4、按照程序做床。确保床上的所有布草干净整洁，经常检查床垫，毛毯和床罩是否有血渍和污迹。 Making of beds Proper bed making as instructed according to the procedures. Ensure that all linens on the beds are clean and in good condition.
