Job Summary
To Manager, Organization Development with organization development; based on the business needs and business models of Atlantis Sanya, and the industry trend, to further develop and optimize the organization structure of Atlantis Sanya, manage personnel movements, succession planning and other related responsibilities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
Under the guidance of Manager, Organization Development, build up and implement the HR organization structure that supports the business needs and business models the present and in the future.
Assist to optimize and streamline the organize structure of Resort Sanya to meet the development of Atlantis Sanya.
Assist to manage all personnel movements, including new on-board, transfer, promotion, demotion and separation. Ensure proper procedures and documents in place.
Assist to all documents on personal movements are properly prepared, approved and recorded.
According to the organization structure, to work out and implement a comprehensive Succession Planning to support the needs of resort operations and motivate colleagues.
Update the hotel organizational structure according to new changes or personnel movements.
