Position Summary 职位概述
· To provide a courteous,professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Products& Services Standards.

· To have a fullworking knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate allduties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set.
具有丰富的工作知识和管理能力,在工作区域根据标准准确地完成工作职责和任务及起表率作用。
· To be entirelyflexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the Food& Beverage Division or any other Departments of the hotel as assigned.
在其他的餐饮部门或者是酒店的其他部门,尽可能地灵活地去适应所分派的工作。
· To perform all duties and tasks when rotated or assigned toanother Department.
当转去或分派到其他部门工作,需按照此部门的任务列表细致地完成工作任务。
· To be fully conversant with all services and facilitiesoffered by the Hotel.
熟悉酒店所提供的服务和设施。
· To perform opening and closing procedures established forthe Place of Work as assigned.
根据指定工作地点,遵守相关工作流程。
· Toensure that the Place of Work and surrounding area is kept clean and organizedat all times.
保证工作地点和周边环境清洁整齐。
· Tosupervise general cleaning duties as assigned by the Managers – the outlet /Stewarding according to the standards established in the Department OperationsManual.
在部门营运时间根据餐厅及管事部经理指示有能力管理完成总的清洁任务。
· Tosupervise the cleaning and washing of dishes according to the establishedperformance standards.
根据专业的标准负责管理清洁和清洗碗碟。
· Tosupervise cleaning and washing of pots, pans and other kitchen utensilsaccording to performance standards.
根据专业的标准负责管理清洁和清洗煲,锅和其它厨房用具。
· Tohandle operating equipment and kitchen equipment with care in order to reduceminimum breakages.
处理并将营运用具和厨房用具的破损率减到最小。
· Tosupervise scheduled garbage runs.
负责倒垃圾时间表。
· Tostrictly adhere to the opening and closing procedures established for thedepartment.
严格遵守部门的相关工作流程。
· Tohave a through understanding and knowledge of all cleaning procedures, use ofdishwashing machines and the type of chemicals to be used.
了解所有的清洁程序,并知道正确使用不同的药剂和洗碗机。
· Toensure that the work area is kept clean and organized at all times.
随时确保工作区域的清洁和整洁。
· Toensure that operating supplies are used carefully in order to reduce spoilageand wastage.
确保在工作中非常小心从而减少破损和浪费。
· Tohandle guest and employee inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner andreport guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution canbe found and assure follow up with guests.
热情周到地解决客人要求或投诉,如不能及时解决,交由上级部门处理,并负责
跟进。
· Tounderstand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established inthe Employees Handbook and the Hotel’s policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health andSafety.
理解并严格遵守酒店工作人员守则及关于消防,卫生,健康及人身安全的相关政策和规定。
· Toreport for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag at alltimes.
准时上班并在职务期间着装得体,佩戴工作名牌。
· Tomaintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
随时保持个人形象及个人卫生。
· Tomaintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff in the outlet andall other departments.
保持工作的一致性,并与本部门及其他部门的同事保持良好的工作关系。
· Toattend and contribute to all staff meetings Departmental and Hotel trainingsscheduled and other related activities.
积极参加由酒店安排的部门级会议,培训以及其他相关活动。
RequiredQualifications 任职要求:
1. Working experience in hotel industry.
相关酒店工作经验。
2. Possess initiative and willing to takeon extra responsibilities when required.
积极主动,愿意承担额外的职责。
3. Line operations management and laborrelated experience preferred.
有运作部门工作经验者将被优先考虑。
4. Experiencein similar capacity with international chain hotels.
同级别国际连锁酒店的工作经验。
