1.据有常规的烹饪技能和知识。
Have general knowledge of food technique.
2.确保所有的准备工作已经在开餐之前准备到位。
Ensure mise-en-place is completed prior to service.
3.积极主动的监督厨房冻库卫生以确保厨房营运的卫生和安全。
Supervise and take active part in cleaning kitchen chillers to ensure that is clean and safe for operation.
4. 确保供应商及时的到货。
Ensure that the suppliers are picked up in time.
5.熟悉厨房的设施设备。
Be familiar with kitchen equipments.
6.确保高标准的个人形象和仪容仪表。
Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
7.根据行业、公司和酒店对于餐饮部职能要求的变化做出反应。
Respond to changes in the Food and Beverage function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
任职要求 Qualifications
1.烹饪专业文凭者优先。
Cooking school certification preferred but not required.
2.至少2年西餐烹饪经验,酒店厨房履历优先。
Minimum 2 years experiences as Western cook; hotel experience is preferred but not required.
Good ideological and moral quality, psychological quality and physical fitness, able to handle the pressure of tedious work.
良好的思想道德品质、心理素质和健康体能,能承受处理繁琐事务的工作压力。
Consciously abide by the rules and regulations of Novotel Changsha Exhibition Hotel, and accept the edification of accor hotel management corporate culture.

Education background: High school or above
教育背景: 高中以上学历
Training experience: relevant professional training.
培训经历: 受过相关专业培训。
Experience: at least 2 years working experience in the same position in the same star hotel
经 验: 有二年以上同星级酒店同职位工作经验
Skills: Familiar with kitchen work flow.
技能技巧: 熟悉厨房工作流程。
-Responsible forADD Kitchen product.
负责西厨房菜式出品。
-Check the placeand make sure is according to forecasted level of business, fresh, portionedand correctly stored according to FSQM guidelines.
检查所有食物,确保其达到预计的水准,新鲜,分盘,根据FSQM的指示正确储存。
-Food cooked inlives stations in front of the guests or for special a la carte is cookedperfectly, hot and in the stipulated time.

-Make sureproduction charts are closely followed and adhered to.
严格按照生产操作流程制作食品。
-Make sure allfood is prepared according to recipes prepared by the department head.

REQUIREMENTS 职位要求
- Diploma from arecognized institute or specific trained for a specific task
持有由认证机构颁发的文凭或经过专业培训者优先考虑
- 4 year workingexperience, preferably in hotel industry
具有4年的工作经验,有在酒店工作经验的优先。
- Extensiveknowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
具有全面的食品加工及卫生标准知识
- Knowledge of MSoffice software
