Job Responsibilities
岗位职责:
1. Follow company and department safety and
security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure
environment.

2. Comply with
Marriott FSQM Check List. Dictate a
strict policy on kitchen, food and associate's cleanliness, which will help
to prevent any potential hygiene problems

3. Assist other employees to ensure proper
coverage and prompt guest service.
协助其他员工确保正确的服务范围和及时的客人服务。
4. Serve as a departmental role model or mentor
by working alongside employees to perform technical or functional job
duties.
作为部门的榜样或导师,与员工一起履行技术或职能工作职责。
5. Ensure the quality of the food items and
notify Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef if a product does not meet specifications.
确保食品的质量,如果产品不符合规格,通知厨师长或行政总厨。
6. Monitor the quantity of food that is prepared
and the portions that are served in to control food waste and ensure that
good food is not thrown away.
监控准备食物的数量和份量,控制食物浪费,确保好食物不会被扔掉。
Job Requirements
岗位要求:
1. Familiar with local cuisine and have same position working experience.
熟悉本地菜品制作及相关岗位工作经验
2. Extensive knowledge of food handling and
sanitation standards, has to be a certified Food Safety and Hygiene
Standard controller by Marriott FSQM check list

3. Strong associate's relation skills and conflict
management skills, and also effective decision-making skills
