MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES責任概要 :
To supervise Front Desk/Executive Lounge associate to ensure that they are adheringto all hotel policies, procedures, regulations and standards, while strivingtowards total guest satisfaction. Assist Front Desk Manager intraining, evaluating,counselling,motivating and coaching employees,develop/maintainpositive working relationships, support team to reach common goals,listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns. Follow company policiesand procedures, maintain confidentiality of proprietaryinformation and protect company assets.
Process all guest check-ins by confirmingreservations, walk-ins, assigning room, and issuing and activating roomkey. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, orcredit. Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputedcharges. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests,questions, or concerns. Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness ofrooms for check-in. Supply guests with directions and information regardingproperty and local areas of interest. Complete designated cashier and closingreports in the computer system. Cash guests' traveler's checks, currency exchange.Count bank at the beginning and end of shift. Balance and drop receiptsaccording to Accounting specifications.
