1. 负责酒店营业区域所有机电系统日常运维工作：高低压配电、给排水、中央空调、消防系统、公共设施、客房设备的日常巡检、故障抢修、定期维保，填写巡检台账，保障酒店设备稳定运行。 2. 负责酒店日常零星改造、局部维修、设施整改、设备保养计划落地，管控工程耗材申领与使用。 3. 作为酒店方基建储备对接人员：现阶段同步熟悉酒店整体建筑图纸、机电管线总图、消防、暖通原有布局资料归档整理；待后期新建基建项目启动后，全权对接施工单位、监理单位，负责机电图纸核对、现场施工监管、隐蔽工程查验、机电施工质量验收、施工问题整改跟进等工作。 4. 项目建设期负责施工现场机电安全管控、现场工程量核对、相关工程资料整理归档；对接第三方验收，跟进各项报审事宜。 5. 完成上级安排的其他工程类相关工作。

About the location: About the role Engineering Technician What you will do • Strictly follow operation standard of high voltage operation. Be responsible for HV operation. 【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店内外墙面、天花板、门窗等区域的油漆涂刷及修补工作，确保施工质量符合酒店标准； 2、根据工程需求调配油漆颜色，确保颜色匹配及涂刷效果均匀美观； 3、定期检查酒店各区域的油漆状况，及时发现并处理脱落、开裂等问题； 4、配合其他维修人员完成相关设施的维护与翻新工作； 5、遵守安全操作规程，正确使用和维护油漆工具及设备； 6、保持工作区域的整洁，确保施工过程中不影响酒店正常运营。 【岗位要求】 1、具备基本的油漆施工技能，熟悉油漆调配及涂刷工艺； 2、能独立完成油漆作业，对细节有较高要求； 3、具备一定的安全意识，熟悉相关防护措施； 4、身体健康，能适应高空作业及长时间站立工作； 5、工作认真负责，有团队合作精神； 6、有酒店或相关行业工作经验者优先。

【岗位职责】 1、遵守操作规程及酒店规章制度。 2、按计划检修客房，检修公共区域，根据客房损坏情况排出先后次序。 3、完成综合性临时任务，如检查VIP房、监督客房、餐厅、大堂等外包大修工作。 4、完成宾客提出的小修工作。 5、完成维修领班安排的其它工作。 6、提供客房设施现状、公共区域现状，提出补救意见。 【岗位要求】 1、高中以上文化程度；5年以上同岗位工作经验。 2、以电工优先，对钳工、管工、空调、木工、油工专业知识有一定的了解，具备一专多能，动手能力强。 3、五官端正。 4、身体健康，精力充沛。

工作职责： 1. 严格遵守《员工守则》和各项规章制度，服从管理，听从指挥。 2. 严格执行各项规章制度，认真操作，确保设备安全运行。 3. 保证酒店日常供电、供水、供气、供热、供冷设备正常运转。 4. 及时巡视准确的填报设备运行记录及交接班记录。 5. 对所管辖的设备、设施进行巡检与维护。 6. 节约能源，控制能源消耗。 7. 跟进宴会、会议的保障工作，保证酒店宴会、会议设备的正常工作。 8. 定期按要求试运行发电机、确保断电时发电送电。 9. 执行管理层所分配的其他工作任务。 任职资格： 1. 熟悉大型数据中心基础设施（供电、空调、消防、安防、监控、网络等）的运行原理，故障判断方法； 2. 愿长期从事白班、夜班轮流制的监控岗位，有充足的学习时间； 3. 工作责任心强，具备团队合作精神，具有较好的职业素质，有较强的学习能力； 4. 工作积极上进，具有良好的服务意识； 5. 良好的分析和解决问题的能力,能独立完成各种工作。

岗位职责 1、制定本部门预防性维修保养计划有效保障酒店设备、设施安全经济运行完好。 2、掌握当班能源消耗及维修费用，确保酒店尽量限度的节能、节支。 3、推行节能运行计划的实施和运行维修费用预算的控制。 4、协助分析工程项目报价单，亲临现场检查施工与工程进度。 5、协助工程部经理做好消防，安全工作。 6、协助建立完整的设备技术档案和维修档案。
