Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for achieving all operational and financial targets of the Food & Beverage (F&B) department.
2. Oversee the daily operations of all outlets, including the all-day dining restaurant, bar, Chinese restaurant, and banquet services.
3. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
4. Capable of establishing and optimizing the F&B department's organizational structure.
5. Plan and execute promotional activities and marketing strategies for all dining outlets.
6. Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to maintain high-quality service standards.
7. Familiar with Wyndham brand standards for Western restaurant quality inspections.
8. Develop training programs and draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Policies & Procedures (P&P).

6.与行政总厨充分配合,确保厅面的服务质量。
7.了解温德姆品牌的西餐厅质检标准。
8.具备培训以及起草各项Sop P&P的能力。
要求:具有英语基础+国际联号经验
