2. 与直接下属合作,制定并实施部门战略,确保品牌服务战略和品牌倡议的实施。
Works with directreports (department heads) to develop and implement departmental strategies andensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives.
3. 负责确保酒店运营符合品牌标准、满足客户需求、确保员工满意度、关注收入增长和部门财务业绩最大化,以及发展积极的业主关系。
The position ensuresHotel Operations meet the brand’s standards, targets customer needs, ensuresemployee satisfaction, focuses on growing revenues and maximizes the financialperformance of the department and developing positive owner relations.
4. 制定并实施全酒店战略,提供产品和服务,满足或超越品牌目标客户和员工的需求和期望,并提供投资回报。
Develops and implements property-wide strategiesthat deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectationsof the brand’s target customer and employees and provides a return oninvestment.
