岗位职责Job Responsibilities
1、督导中餐厅每位员工工作,协助中餐经理做好日常管理工作和服务工作
Supervise the work of each employee in the Chinese restaurant, and assist the Chinese restaurant manager in daily management and service work
2、制定所在餐厅的年、月度工作计划,带领下属积极完成各项接待任务和经营指标
Make annual and monthly work plans for the restaurant, and lead subordinates to actively complete various reception tasks and business indicators
3、控制餐厅的经营成本和费用预算,确保经营计划
Control the operating cost and expense budget of the restaurant and ensure the business plan
4、做好餐厅的排班工作,保证餐厅对客服务的正常运转
Do a good job in scheduling the restaurant to ensure the normal operation of the restaurant's customer service
5、建立物资管理制度,负责对餐厅设备、物资、用具等实行严格管理,督促属下员工做好安全工作
Establish material management system, be responsible for the strict management of restaurant equipment, materials, appliances, etc., and urge the staff to do a good job in safety
岗位要求Job Requirements
1、女性优先,身高163CM 以上,良好的中餐服务技能和基础管理能力
Female preferred, height above 163CM, good Chinese food service skills and basic management ability
2、两年以上餐厅主管工作的经验优先
More than 2 years experience as a restaurant supervisor is preferred
3、以身作则,能为同事树立良好的榜样,激励同事的工作热情

4、有较好的文字组织能力,能撰写各类应用文稿及计划、总结、报告等
