【岗位职责】 1、严格遵守操作规范，为宾客提供专业、优质的足部按摩或中式按摩服务，确保服务效果与宾客体验。 2、遵守酒店各项规章制度、服务标准与卫生要求，积极与团队成员协作，共同维护部门与酒店的品牌形象。 【岗位要求】 1、有相同岗位工作经验1年以上。 2、良好普通话听写及会话能力。 3、肤色健康，形象端正。 4、需具备出色的独立工作能力，展现出良好的自我管理与问题解决能力。

1. 按照 水疗中心 操作步骤工作，并给 高级理疗师 给予意见 反饋 ，从而适当的微调相关标准。 2. 实行会员、酒店住客或日间水疗中心客人咨询活动，并在每次疗程完成后填写登记 / 生活模式表。 3.   按照疗程训练手册所列的模式提供水疗、美容和按摩疗程。   对所提供的一切疗程、服务和零售知识抱持信心。如果对某一疗程或服务觉得信心不足，请要求补习训练。

1.根据运营手册中的标准提供服务。 Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures Manual. 2.保持洁净的工作环境，并上报设备故障，通知维修。 Maintain cleanliness and report deficiencies of all equipment, of the overall Spa facilities. 3.使用安全、专业的技术手法为会员和客人提供面部和按摩服务。 Perform facials and massage on members and guests using safe and professional techniques. 4.通过安全、舒适、卫生的方式为客人提供肤蜡护理。 Perform body waxing services in a safe, comfortable, and hygienic manner. 5.根据客人需求提供磨砂护理和草药裹体服务。 Perform loofah treatments and herbal wraps as required. 6.在每次服务完成之后，查看预约纪录确保，根据预约时间准时为客人提供服务。 Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each treatment. 7.确保工作区域时刻干净整洁。 Keep work area clean and neat at all times. 8.在按摩区域准备足够的按摩精油、酒精、毛巾、布单及其他必需品，且有序摆放。视情况准备工具包。 Maintain an ample supply of massage oils, alcohol, towels, sheets, and other necessary supplies in a neat and orderly fashion within the massage work area.  Preparation of kits as required/needed. 9.与客人、会员亲切沟通并灵活应答他们的提问。 The ability to courteously interact and answer all facility related questions with members and guests. 10.保证所有产品必要的库存量，以提供面部护理的各项服务。例如：皮肤护理产品、化妆棉、调和碗、毛巾、布单、毯子和擦脸巾，根据需求准备工具包。 Maintain an ample inventory of all products necessary to perform facials services including skin care products, cotton, bowls, towels, sheets, blankets, and face cloths. Prepare kits as required. 11.保证工作环境整洁有序，与高水准的设备设施相一致。 Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the high standards of the facility. 12.未进行理疗服务时，协助提供水疗中心内其他的服务，包括：协助前台接待向客人介绍并销售水疗零售产品。 Assist in the spa when not scheduled to perform treatment services. This assistance is to include acting as spa receptionist for other services, such as recommending and selling spa retail products. 13.保持并更新个人服务知识，了解皮肤护理产品知识和程序的改变。 Constantly maintain an up to date knowledge of the personal services performed and any revisions in the skin care products or procedures used. 14.应答所有与服务和产品相关的问题。 Answer all questions related to services performed and products used. 15.帮助协调理疗服务和水疗中心其他服务项目。 Assist in the co‑ordination of treatment services with other spa programmes. 16.确保了解理疗和按摩行业的动向。 Insure current trends in Therapy and Massage industry. 17.以优异的服务吸引会员和酒店客人享受更多不同的服务项目。 Serve as catalyst to promote spa services to members and Hotel guests. 18.保持更新专业资质证书。 Maintain current professional licenses. 19.向上级报告非正常运转的设备。 Report dysfunctional equipment to Spa leaders. 20.确保能够独立熟练处理水疗中心日常运营事项。例如：应答电话，维护客人关系、提供水疗中心不同的服务项目（按摩、磨砂、美容等）。 Ensure individual is well versed in all aspects of the Spa's operations i.e. business telephone usage, guest relations, spa services (massage, loofah, facial, etc.), retail sales.
