【岗位职责】 1、完成集团下达的经营指标，并保证各相关决议的贯彻落实（含全年经营业绩指标）。 2、负责酒店系统运转的模式化工作，执行集团的各项决议。建立健全酒店组织系统，使之合理化、精简化、效率化，协调各部门及下属之间的关系，创造一个高效率运行的酒店工作系统。 3、 主导品牌形象升级，整合新媒体（如抖音、小红书、微博、KOL）进行品牌传播，提升市场渗透率。   4、重点负责市场营销工作，设计多元化营销策略，包括会员体系搭建、客群营销（如高净值人群、定制化度假体验），通过数据分析优化渠道投放效率。统筹线上营销活动（如直播预售、内容种草），结合OTA平台与私域流量运营提升转化率。  5、每日查阅酒店经营状况报表，发现问题及时采取积极有效措施予以解决，负责对酒店日常经营活动进行检查、协调，发现问题及时处理。遇重大问题及时向集团汇报并提供解决问题的方案。 6、建立全流程高端服务体系，从预定到离店打造沉浸式度假体验，重点管控私密性、个性化服务。 7、定期分析客户反馈，通过数字化工具优化服务触点，保持OTA网评分在4.7以上。 【岗位要求】 1、 本科及以上学历，相关管理专业。8年以上高端酒店总经理管理经验，其中3年以上营销总监或市场VP经历； 2、主导过品牌重塑或新媒体营销项目； 主导过千万级新媒体营销活动，如跨界联名、沉浸式体验活动； 3、成功操盘至少2个度假酒店开业筹备或新媒体营销项目

【职责概述】The DOO’s mission is to be responsible for the entire Hotel operation. His/her scope of responsibilities covers the financial results (revenue, cost of sales, payroll & related expenses, other expense, departmental income, gross operating income, net operating income) of the hotel. The Director of Operations is responsible for the effective operational management of the hotel in order for Head of Departments to achieve and exceed their revenue and guest satisfaction targets. What will I be doing?
