    【岗位职责】 1、完成集团下达的经营指标,并保证各相关决议的贯彻落实(含全年经营业绩指标)。 2、负责酒店系统运转的模式化工作,执行集团的各项决议。建立健全酒店组织系统,使之合理化、精简化、效率化,协调各部门及下属之间的关系,创造一个高效率运行的酒店工作系统。 3、 主导品牌形象升级,整合新媒体(如抖音、小红书、微博、KOL)进行品牌传播,提升市场渗透率。   4、重点负责市场营销工作,设计多元化营销策略,包括会员体系搭建、客群营销(如高净值人群、定制化度假体验),通过数据分析优化渠道投放效率。统筹线上营销活动(如直播预售、内容种草),结合OTA平台与私域流量运营提升转化率。  5、每日查阅酒店经营状况报表,发现问题及时采取积极有效措施予以解决,负责对酒店日常经营活动进行检查、协调,发现问题及时处理。遇重大问题及时向集团汇报并提供解决问题的方案。 6、建立全流程高端服务体系,从预定到离店打造沉浸式度假体验,重点管控私密性、个性化服务。 7、定期分析客户反馈,通过数字化工具优化服务触点,保持OTA网评分在4.7以上。 【岗位要求】 1、 本科及以上学历,相关管理专业。8年以上高端酒店总经理管理经验,其中3年以上营销总监或市场VP经历; 2、主导过品牌重塑或新媒体营销项目; 主导过千万级新媒体营销活动,如跨界联名、沉浸式体验活动; 3、成功操盘至少2个度假酒店开业筹备或新媒体营销项目
