The Manager, E-Commerce - Greater China & Mongolia is responsible for growing company’s business on Fliggy platform. He / she will be in charge of business planning, daily operation, performance optimization and marketing campaigns on Fliggy.
What will I be doing?
As the Manager, E-Commerce - Greater China & Mongolia, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
-Manage and strengthen the relationship with Fliggy.
-Develop business growth strategy on Fliggy to achieve the business goals based on market trends and corporate business strategy.
-Develop and carry out plans to maximize Fliggy store online sales.
-Define, analyze, track results and interpret success levels against a defined set of key ecommerce performance metrics.
-Manage the Fliggy store, products, promotions, media, partnership and other daily operations to achieve the targets.
-Work closely with the internal teams and agencies to continually enhance the user experience and increase conversion and revenue on those platforms.
-Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, Destination Marketing and Marketing and E-Commerce Consultation teams to develop strategies for regional tactical promotions.
-Provide monthly and quarterly performance reports, projections, and reviews on all key performance metrics.
-Introduce industry best practices, standards and innovation. Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities.

What are we looking for?
A Manager, E-Commerce - Greater China & Mongolia serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
-Bachelor's Degree in marketing or E-Commerce
-5+ years of Digital Marketing and / or E-Commerce experience
-Has good understanding of digital marketing channels
-Has strong understanding of China Digital and E-Commerce ecosystem
-Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate
able to proactively identify and prevent potential problems
-Effective communication, collaboration and team-building skills.
-Highly motivated, dependable and has a desire to take ownership of their duties to help the company grow and succeed.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
-Experience working in the Hospitality and / or travel industry is advantageous
-Marketing or working experience with BAT or relevant internet companies is advantageous
-Able to travel when required.
