1.在餐厅领班指挥下，负责对各种食品的加工制作，保证食品质量。 2.服务周到，礼貌待人。 3.遵守作息时间，准时开餐，不擅离职守，不脱岗、串岗。 4.服从分配，按质、按量、按时烹制饭菜，做到饭菜可口、保质保鲜。 5.遵守安全操作规程，正确使用操作工具，合理使用原材料，节约水、电、煤气等。 6.严格遵守酒店的各项规章制度，搞好厨房、餐厅卫生，保证不让客人吃有异味的食品，防止食物中毒。 7.上班前将工作服穿戴整齐，厨房内严禁吸烟，不准另搞标准开小灶。 8.自觉遵守酒店各项规章制度，努力钻研业务,提高烹饪技术。 9.服从主管调动，维护好厨房灶具、设备，协助餐厅服务员做好开餐准备工作。
