岗位职责
1. Prepares all event documents and coordinates with Sales, hotel departments, and customer to ensure successful delivery of hotel events of average complexity
准备所有宴会相关文件及与销售部,酒店其他相关部门紧密沟通以确保成功完成每一档活动
2. Ensure compliance with Marriott Operating Standards to maintain brand integrity
确保与万豪的标准操作程序相一致而体现品牌完整性
3. Coordinates and communicates verbally and in writing with customer (internal and external) regarding event details. Follow up with customer post-event
就相关所有宴会细节与客户口头与书面沟通合交流,并且跟踪宴会后的 一些事宜
4. Acts as liaison between field sales person and customer throughout the event process (Pre-event, event, post-event). Make presence known to customer at all times during this process
作为整个宴会活动的协调,包括宴会开始前,进行中及宴会结束后的所有相关事宜,与客户及销售及时沟通
5. Facilitates various meetings as necessary (Banquet event order meeting, block review. Etc)
参加各类必须会议,如内部宴会会议,预定场地等
岗位要求
1.具有酒店宴会销售岗位工作经验,特别是包厢宴会的销售,能结合行业特点开展整体市场营销工作,有一定的客户积累,团队合作精神;
2.对高档宴会的组织及执行有丰富的经验;
3.具有较强的管理能力、判断和决策能力、人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力;
4.工作细致、严谨,并具有战略前瞻性思维。
