1.按照行李服务流程和要求，为抵离客人提供行李搬运服务，并将每次运送情况做好记录；  2.协助做好大堂寻人服务和在大堂放置各类告示牌，及时撤换过期的告示牌并搬至指定的存放地点；  3.按照服务流程迎送客人，提供拉门服务；  4.维护出入车辆秩序，保证上下客车位和车道畅通；  5.准确回答客人的询问，主动做好服务工作； 6.熟悉酒店各种服务项目和营业时间，向客人推销酒店的各项服务，介绍酒店客房设施。了解本市交通、商业、旅游等方面资料； 7.随时听从接待员的召唤，迅速接受带房任务及为客提供物品转接服务；  8.为客人指路，认真回答客人的询问，尽量满足客人的需求；  9.负责分送邮件、报刊、报表、留言单及前厅通知等，并按规定登记和办理签收手续；  10.受理客人行李寄存及领取，并做好详细的存取记录；  11.协助大堂副理维持大堂秩序，控制好大堂内外的灯光。  任职资格：  1.身体健康，形象良好； 2.普通话标准，有一定英语基础； 3.有良好的客户服务意识；  4.持健康证上岗；  5.有相关工作经验者优先考虑。
