岗位职责 1.酒店各部门布草洗涤的质量及布草的收发、洗烫、制服房管理工作。 2.洗涤设备正常运转，管理好水、电、气的日常消耗、保管好易燃易爆及腐蚀性溶剂，严防事故发生。 4.检查当日酒店宾客洗衣情况，确保其洗涤质量。 5.了解各岗点棉织品的使用情况及备用量，以保证棉织品的正常使用与周转。 6.与人力资源部配合做好员工制服领用、借用、退库、换季、制作等工作。 7.完成客房织品的定期洗涤及缝补。 8.与相关各部门配合，进行每月一次的棉织品及消耗品盘点 招聘条件： 有酒店洗衣房客衣洗涤经验或制服房2年以上工作经验。 上班时间：早上九点到晚上九点，上一天休一天。 薪酬福利：提供食宿，入职购买五险一金，享受法家三薪，年假，年终奖等福利。

负责直接管理相关的洗衣房工作，在酒店和部门的规章制度下指导无论是客衣服务区还是布草服务区。

1）负责酒店洗衣房的日常运营管理，确保布草、制服的清洁、消毒、分类与分发。 Be responsible for the daily operation andmanagement of the hotel laundry room, ensuring the cleaning, disinfection,sorting and distribution of linens and uniforms. 2）监督洗衣房员工的工作，提升服务效率与质量。 Supervise the work of the laundry staff, andimprove service efficiency and quality. 3）管理洗衣设备的维护与保养，确保设备正常运行。 Manage the maintenance and upkeep of thelaundry equipment to ensure its proper operation. 4）协调与客房、前台等部门的沟通与配合，确保布草供应及时。 Coordinate communication and cooperation withdepartments such as the housekeeping and the front desk to ensure timely supplyof linen. 5）控制洗衣成本，优化能源与物资使用。 Control the cost of laundry operations andoptimize the use of energy and materials. 6）负责洗衣房员工的排班、培训与绩效考核。 Responsible for the scheduling, training andperformance evaluation of the laundry room staff.
