制定并执行酒店装饰面（墙面、天花、木饰面、石材、金属、玻璃等）及固定家具的年度预防性维护与保养计划。 快速响应并修复日常运营中产生的装饰损坏，如墙纸脱落、油漆破损、家具划痕、石材碎裂、地毯污损等。 管理酒店内部油漆工、木工、裱糊工等专业技能员工，或协调外包工匠。负责客房、餐厅、公共区域周期性翻新（如更换墙纸、地毯、软包、重新油漆）及小型装饰改造项目的全程管理，包括方案制定、预算控制、进度监督与质量验收。 参与酒店大型改造项目中与装饰相关的部分，提供技术支持与现场管理。 负责酒店艺术品、装饰画、窗帘的维护、清洁与安装调试。 控制装饰维修与翻新成本，管理装饰材料库存（如油漆、墙纸、地毯样板、五金件），优化采购申请。 评估、筛选并管理外部装饰承包商、材料供应商，确保其服务质量与价格合理。

【岗位职责】1、保证酒店的给排水、消防、防火油烟机、正压排气和厨房设备的正常运行。2、控制酒店温水温度在适应的范围内。3、负责酒店所有排水系统、厨房、洗衣、消防给水设备的日常维护检修维修大修工作。4、对设备进行技术改造使之符合酒店要求，并进行小型零件的加工。5、服从主管的领导，服从调度，保证酒店所有机电设备的完好和及时维修、正常运行。【岗位要求】1、有强烈的责任感，工作认真负责。2、具有机修等方面知识，具备一专多能的技术技巧，能够承担起综合维修任务。3、团队合作精神。

岗位职责： 1、具有星级酒店工作经验，持高/低压操作证，熟悉酒店强电系统； 2、熟悉酒店厨房设备，并定期对厨房灶具，冰柜，冰箱进行日常的维修，定期维护、检修和保养，排除各种故障和隐患。 3、熟悉酒店厨房这冷设备，如冻库，单体空调进行日常的维修，定期维护，检修和保养，排查各种故障和隐患。 4、具有良好的沟通和管理能力，定期做好日常的技能培训，耗材的采购及部门与跨部门之间的沟通能力 。 任职要求： 1、大专及以上学历，机电、自动化或相关专业优先； 2、3年以上酒店或相关行业机电设备维修经验，1年以上管理岗位经验； 3、熟练掌握强电系统、给排水系统、暖通系统等酒店常见设备维修技能； 4、具备设备故障诊断能力，能独立解决复杂技术问题； 5、持有电工操作证等相关职业资格证书  。

Responsible for all the furniture in the hotel and make wooden decoration, wooden articles and office furniture according to the needs of all departments. 负责修理酒店大楼内一切家具，并根据各部门需要，制造木制装饰品、木器或办公室家具。 6.
