· Tocheck the hygiene for staff canteen and make sure it is clean and tidy.

· Remindthe staff not to waste food.

· Toprepare the food for every shift according to the number of dinning

· Provide necessary support to staff restaurant colleagues to prepare foodeffectively

· Ensuressafe and correct use of the equipment, tools and machinery.
保证安全、正确的使用设备、工具和机器。
· Ensuresthat the standards of uniform grooming and hygiene are maintained.
保证制服干净、整洁。
· Takespart in all scheduled training at his/her level.

· Maintaina safe and secure working environment.

Qualifications –
学历
· Middle School qualification and above. Preferred – CompletedTechnical education in Hospitality or Culinary school.
初中以上学历,最好是专业烹饪学校毕业
Experience –
经历
· Min 1 years working experience.
至少1年相关岗位工作经验。

1.虚心听取员工对伙食的意见,研究改善伙食的措施。
2.服从分配,按质、按量、按时烹制饭菜,做到饭菜可口,保热保鲜。
3.月末制定出下月菜单提交人力资源部。
4.全面负责后厨菜品质量监控、厨房和就餐环境卫生、定期检查食堂仓库物品质量,防止食物中毒。
5.做好安全防范工作,定期消毒。
6.遵守安全操作规程,合理使用操作工具,合理使用原材料,节约水、电、煤气。
1. Listen to the employees' opinions on the food with an open mind and study the measures to improve the food.
2. Obey the distribution, cook the food according to the quality, quantity and time, and make the food delicious, hot and fresh.
3. Prepare the menu for the next month and submit them to the Human Resources Department.
4. Take full charge of the quality monitoring of the dishes, the sanitation of the kitchen and dining environment, and regularly check the quality of the articles in the canteen warehouse to prevent food poisoning.
5. Do a good job in safety precautions and disinfect regularly.
6. Observe the safety operation regulations, use the operation tools reasonably, use the raw materials reasonably, and save water, electricity and gas.
