Support company’s philosophy and company culture through the use of Pillars of Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement

To perform treatments on guests whilst maintaining the guest’s comfort at all times. 确保客人在整个疗程过程中感到身心愉悦。
Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each treatment
按时进行疗程并且在疗程结束之后进行流程回顾。
Must keep work area clean and neat at all times.保持工作区域的干净整洁
Must follow all Standards and Procedures (SOPs) as taught by legendary trainers or Spa Treatment Manager.必须遵循培训师或理疗培训经理所告知的所有标准和程序。
Assist in the operations of all spa departments as required:根据需要协助水疗各部门的运作Reception Desk 接待台
Spa Retail Area 水疗零售区
Relaxation Area 休息区
Spa Suites 水疗套房
Report dysfunctional equipment to engineering department and do close follow up. 报告功能失常的设备给工程部门并密切跟进。
To maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the treatment rooms. 保证为理疗房的运作存储充足的产品。
Must attend all training courses as deemed necessary, and must adhere to training as set down by the Spa Director.参加所有必要的培训,并按照培训标准进行布置。
To recognize the importance of “sales” in every aspect of their role and responsible for achieving sales targets as set by the Spa Director. 要认识到“销售”的在每一个方面的作用的重要性,并积极完成部门的销售目标。
To be adaptable and accountable for all actions适应能力强和负责任。
Will be expected to assist and perform various demonstrations and events. 协助开展各类活动。
