岗位职责： 1.负责桌椅卫生、地面卫生，桌面牙签、餐盘、餐具摆放等摆放标准； 2.准备收台用具物品：托盘、抹布、餐车、清点回收布草等； 3.摆出广告牌、灭火器、区域玻璃、墙面广告灯卫生清理； 4.晾晒收取杯子、餐盘等其他餐具，摆地毯，防滑垫、准备垃圾桶； 5.餐厅花架、绿植、格子架等装饰物卫生检查与日常维护； 6.水果回货接收拉货工作，领取易耗物品、酱料等后勤工作； 7.餐中收台服务工作； 8.下班前负责区域卫生及五常摆放； 9.参与本部门组织的各项培训、学习或其它活动； 10.完成其它临时性工作任务。 任职要求： 1.年龄在18-35岁之间，面容端正； 2.性格乐观、开朗，善于言谈、做事认真仔细、执行能力强； 3.能吃苦耐劳，服务意识较好； 4.工作地点在岛上，需要住岛。
