Job Duties:
1. Make corresponding training plan according to the personal quality of employees, complete and assess.
2. Ensure that the side platform clean and tidy at all times.
3. Maintain good relationship and effective communication with kitchen staff.

8. Correctly introduce the menu and provide good suggestions for guests when appropriate, and serve food and drinks for guests.

10. Arrange purchase according to inventory.
11. Master relevant food, beverage and service knowledge.

Job requirements
1. Master experience in all food and beverage businesses and modern management principles.

• Efficiency of check in/check out process and accuracy in retrieval of guest data and billing.
