负责所辖班组的管理，督导下属员工做好清洁保养工作，为顾客创造一个良好的公共环境，做好设备的维护保养及化学品的安全使用与控制。 1、熟练掌握并执行开元酒店的制度和操作规范；坚持酒店安全制度，熟练掌握紧急情况处理程序，确保相关政策和程序的贯通。2、负责制订管辖区域的清洁和保养计划，并组织实施管理。3、定期将区域年度、月度工作计划及指定的报告按要求递交酒店管家部经理，并遵从领导的协调。4、确保酒店集团制订的房务产品标准的贯彻执行。5、管理、指导、训练、评估区域所有员工；给员工专业知识上的指导，为今后的发展做准备。6、参加部门例会，提出合理化建议，并主持班组例会，布置工作。7、协助管家部经理制订公共区域的清洁计划，包括酒店后台区域、大堂、办公区域、客房走道、消防通道、地毯保养、硬地面保养、清洁管理等。8、督导员工严格按照规范和标准进行公共区域的清洁卫生等 福利待遇：月休6天，8小时工作制，提供食宿，缴纳五险一金，生日福利，节假日福利，良好的晋升平台......
