To have complete knowledge on the food / beverage / service available / preparation methods and time in sections appointed. 2. Ensures personal grooming and conduct according to hotel standards. 3. Ensures that service / items are prepared according to hotel minimum standards and standard procedures 4. Ensure that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned, in order to prolong usage. 5.  Performs any other duties or tasks as assigned by supervisor   We are looking for someone who: 1.
