Is familiar with all happening in the hotel, arrivals, departures and see-offs of guests staying in-house. 2. Checks all “Profile of Guest Preference” requests and preferences are acted upon prior to guests’ arrival. 3. Assists in setting up the service counters and table setting for breakfasts and evening happy hours. 4. Ensures the Lounge as well as buffet area are kept clean and tidy at all times throughout the day. 5. Assists guests in airline reservation/confirmation, transmitting faxes, handling of messages, transportation arrangements, city tours, restaurant reservation. 6. As a Service Associate -Life Guard, we rely on you to: 1. Be responsible for the absolute safety of guests swimming, inspect the dynamics of swimmers in the pool frequently, deal with the drowning victims promptly, do a good job in rescue work and timely report to leaders. 2. Do a good job in cleaning the site every day. 3. Responsible for testing and maintaining the water quality of the swimming pool and the environmental hygiene of the swimming place. 4. Concentrate on work, and do not chat with irrelevant personnel. The lifeguard shall not be empty, and irrelevant personnel shall not enter the pool. 5. Watch the pool frequently.
