Clears IN/OUT trays
for KITCHEN division and distributes to addresses concerned

Ensures proper
requisitioning and control of office supplies; follows up on delivery of
materials where need

Ensures all
correspondences, faxes, messages, emails are responded in a timely manner /
disseminated accordingly

Handles and follows up on assignments as assigned by

Ensures security and upkeep of all department

Handles all
appointments concerning the superior(s) and keeps track of his / her daily
schedule and engagements

Ensures all
arrangements are made prior to meetings (booking of function room, set ups,
meeting materials etc.)

Co-ordinates with
colleagues and representatives of other departments to ensure an efficient
flow of communication

Inform concerned
personnel of details of meeting

Takes minutes for
the meeting as required; ensure to disseminate minutes to all concerned

Prepares necessary
contracts as instructed by superior

Maintain updated
file of contracts and all matters pertaining to entertainers in hotel
将合同存档并复印给相关部门

Ensures
arrangements in relations to entertainment contract are followed up

Keeps track of
contract duration and reminds superiors on expiration as needed

Follows up on
promotion details, upon instruction to ensure that necessary promotional
materials (manuals, flyers etc.) are prepared

Ensures personal
awareness of the activities and services within the hotel in order to promote
the property and be responsive to customer inquiries

Handles all

Maintains good
relationships with colleagues and contributes to team spirit
