Job Responsibilities
岗位职责:
Supervises and Maintains thestandards of hygiene, sanitation, cleanliness and safety in kitchens,dishwashing areas, Garbage collection and storage, and any other productionareas.
Exercising effectiveenvironmentally friendly procedures
Complete job tasks strictly asper the S&P’s.
Organize, lead, direct andassist staff and report any problems in department to chief steward on a timelybasis.
有效的执行工作程序。时刻保持厨房、洗碗处、垃圾房、库房及其它工作区域高标准的卫生、清洁及安全。严格执行上级下达的各项任务。
严格执行所有的标准与程序以完成工作任务。
组织、领导、指导和帮助员工工作和及时向总管事汇报所有部门内发生的问题。

3. Extensive knowledge of food and sanitation standards and has to be acertified Food Safety and Hygiene Standard controller by Marriott FSQM check list

4. Good Human resource skills
良好的人际沟通技巧
5. Knowledge of the use of Chemicals in the Stewarding Department
