一、 核心职责概述 负责度假型酒店整体仓储体系的日常运营与管理，确保物资（含食品、客房用品、工程物料、布草及促销品等）的验收、保管、收发、盘点高效准确。在保障对客服务物资供应的同时，严格执行食品安全法规与消防安全标准，优化库存结构，降低运营成本。 二、 具体岗位职责 1. 仓库运营与流程管理 全流程监控： 负责使用仓库管理系统（WMS/ERP）监控物资的收货、验收、上架、拣货、发货及退货等环节，确保操作符合标准作业程序（SOP）。库位规划： 科学管理货品库位，根据物资特性（如温度要求、贵重物品、易燃易爆品）及度假区淡旺季流量，提出改进方案，最大化仓库使用率并确保存取便捷。账务处理： 确保所有进出库单据（如领料单、调拨单、采购订单）的准确录入与归档，做到日清月结，保证账、卡、物一致。 2. 食品安全与质量控制（针对度假区餐饮特性） 食品验收标准： 严格执行食品卫生标准，对食品及原材料的保质期、感官质量、包装完好性进行重点查验，杜绝不合格品流入厨房或餐厅。先进先出管理： 落实“先进先出”原则，特别是针对冻品、生鲜及酒水饮料，定期检查库存食品保质期，及时处理滞销或临期品。 3. 库存控制与数据分析 盘点管理： 组织并执行月度、季度及年度盘点工作（包括一级库房及各部门二级库），分析盘点差异，查找原因并提出处理方案。物资预警： 实时监控库存水平，根据最低库存量预警机制，及时向采购部提交补货建议，确保客房迷你吧、餐饮原料及日常耗品不断供。成本分析： 定期汇总仓储运营数据（如损耗率、库存周转率），制作分析报告，协助财务部门进行成本控制。 4. 安全与环境管理（EHS） 安全巡检： 作为仓库安全第一责任人，每日检查消防设备、虫害控制设施、温湿度记录及防盗措施，识别并消除安全风险点（特别是冷库作业安全）。环境卫生： 推行6S管理，保持库房内及周边的清洁卫生，防鼠防潮，确保物资存放环境符合度假区及卫生部门的标准。 5. 团队管理与跨部门协调 人员管理： 负责仓库团队（含仓管员、搬运工）的排班、考勤及绩效考核，合理安排人员应对度假区周末、节假日的客流高峰。技能培训： 组织内部培训，包括新员工入职指引、WMS系统操作、消防器材使用及特殊设备（如叉车）的安全操作。对内协调： 紧密对接餐饮、客房、前厅、工程等部门，确保大型宴会或活动的物资借用、调拨及配送及时到位。 6. 突发事件处理 负责处理收货差异、发货异常等突发问题。配合政府监管部门（食药监、消防）的例行检查。 三、 任职资格 教育背景： 大专及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、财会或酒店管理专业优先。工作经验： 具有3年以上仓库管理经验，其中至少1-2年酒店或度假村、大型餐饮连锁企业同等职位经验，有冷库或食品仓库管理经验者优先。专业技能：熟悉仓储物流运作流程，熟练操作WMS、ERP或进销存软件。熟练使用Office办公软件（Excel数据透视表、函数公式及PPT汇报）。具备基本的财务知识和库存分析能力。
