岗位职责（含布草管理、工程维修材料、新建工程管理） 1、全面负责仓库管理：统筹度假村所有物资（温泉用品、客房用品、清洁耗材、客耗品、布草、工服、工程材料、五金水电、工具设备等）的验收、入库、上架、保管、出库、盘点，做到账物相符、堆放规范、标识清晰。 2、新建 / 改造工程材料管理 2.1、配合完成度假村零星工程、新建项目、改造项目的到货验收。 2.2、工程材料专库 / 专区存放，专款专料，分区管理，防止混用、浪费、丢失。 2.3、负责工程现场材料管控、余料回收、废料处置，做好工程用料记录与结算依据。 3、制度、流程与报表：制定和执行仓库管理制度、出入库流程、领用标准；按时提交日报、周报、月报、盘点表、损耗表、工程用料表，报送财务及上级。 4、人员与现场管理：管理、培训、考核库管员、布草员，合理排班；负责库区安全（防火、防潮、防盗、防虫、防霉变），保持仓库、布草房整洁达标。 5、成本控制与协同：杜绝浪费、丢失、非正常破损，提出降本优化建议；对接采购、财务、客房、餐饮、工程等部门，保障运营与工程顺利开展。 6、完成上级交办的其他工作

Key Responsibilities: • In charge of all procurement activities for the hotel; • Plan and implement activities related to the timely and cost effective procurement, inventory control, procurement planning and quality control of production related raw materials as well as non-production related materials; • Develop, implement and maintain procurement related policies, procedures, material control systems and metrics to reduce costs, streamline procedures and implement solutions; • Identify and establish supplier relations; Maintain successful relationships with manufacturers and suppliers on a regular basis to ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain as scheduled and the maintenance of inventory at optimum levels； • Accountable for procurement order approval and management of procurement module. Qualifications: · Luxury Hospitality segment experience will be preferred. · 2+ years as Purchasing Manager at international hotels. · Pre-opening experience will be preferred. · Strong interpersonal skills. · Good knowledge of Purchasing Management. · Basic written & spoken English.
