【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店商品和物品的保管和供应工作。 2、负责物料及商品的入库验收工作，不符合的货物退回，严格把好质量关。 3、仓库要保持通风干燥，要勤检查、勤倒垛、勤晾晒，防止虫蛀鼠咬霉烂变质。 4、执行出入库手续，汇总票据，按期登记三级明细账，定期盘点，按时填写报表，做到账表清楚，账物相符。 【岗位要求】 1、大专学历，2年以上酒店或超市食品仓库管理工作经验。 2、具备财务基础知识，熟悉仓库管理。 3、了解货品进销存流程。 4、电脑操作熟练，掌握办公软件运用。 5、有仓库管理相关知识，具有良好的沟通和协调能力。

PURPOSE OF JOB  He guarantees and monitors the stock and the deliveries of the village. He is responsible for managing storage warehouses and deliveries to maximize efficiency and secure the business qualitatively and quantitatively. 岗位职责 1、负责落实和完善物资采购管理体系，对直接下属的业务知识和业务技能培训。 2、负责审核各部门的采购申请单，与仓库联络，确保不出现重复采购。 3、负责日常采购工作定期与材料会计、用货部门共同进行市场调查，开发货源。 4、收集市场信息，做到货比三家、优质优价优先，发现新产品，调整进货价格，报上级批准后执行。 5、负责做好采购成本费用核算，努力为酒店节约采购成本。 6、负责日常采购合同、协议的签署，对合同的执行进行管理。 7、负责对供货商的信誉进行调研。 岗位要求 1、大专学历，从事酒店物资管理和采购工作3年以上，具有丰富的采购知识和经验。 2、熟练掌握采购程序和酒店内部控制程序。 3、拥有各类物资供应商，并与他们建立牢固、良好的业务关系。 4、懂基础英语。

1.熟悉市场，做好货比三家工作，争取用最优惠的价格购买到符合质量标准的物品； 2.根据各部门每月所购买物品的明细，通过与公司批准的预算对比，整理出公司本年度节省报告，并根据以上数据计划新年度节省成本工作； 3.熟悉市场动向及行业信息，协助部门经理进行采购品类及定价的调整。 4.负责领导交办工作的跟进。
