【岗位职责】 1、审核酒店所有收入，控制内部招待及员工用餐。 2、审核由出纳制定的每日现金收入报表。 3、根据餐饮收益日报、夜审前厅收益日报、夜审信用卡报表及现金报表审核各种付款方式是否正确。 4、编制每天收益报表。 5、编制收银员现金收溢或缺月报表。 6、登记每日信用卡明细、银行对帐单，对信用卡进行核对。 【岗位要求】 1、财会专业。 2、酒店财务工作经验者优先。 3、熟悉国家相关法规，熟练掌握相关软件技能。 4、熟悉酒店财务与税收制度，能够全面掌控整套财务流程。 5、具有很强的财务，税务策划能力。 6、具有良好的沟通与表达能力、较高的专业技巧、对工作严谨、认真细致、责任心强。

岗位职责 1、带领下属会计员遵守财经纪律，执行财务制度，严格执行《会计法》。 2、负责月末会计核算处理，确保账账相符、账证相符、账表相符。 3、负责统计报表的编制和报送工作，按规定时间及时报送。 4、审核各类记账凭证和编制会计凭证。 5、审查和清理账户，账簿摘要内容要求完整和精炼。 6、协助信贷会计组织资金回收；协助成本会计和资产会计定期进行财产、物资和材料的盘点工作。 7、审核每日现金、银行存款日报表，并在签章后，报送财务总监。 岗位要求 1、大专学历，财务会计专业毕业。 2、具有中级会计师以上职称，熟悉酒店帐务税务流程。 3、熟悉办公软件及财务软件，熟悉银行、锐务、工商的工作流程。 4、能独立核算企业的账务工作，懂得相关法律法规。 5、工作细致、严谨，具有较强的工作热情和责任感。 6、为人诚实可靠，品质正直，有吃苦耐劳的精神。

财务文员/审计，电脑操作熟练，有ERP系操作经验优先，有酒店工作经验优先，学历不限。 工作内容：1.审核酒店前台收款明细，出具应收报表。2，审计客房做房明细。3，网银制单付款等相关出纳工作。4，食材验收、固定资产及其他易耗品盘点与核对。

1.负责仓库物资的验收、保管，存放以及领发；物料和商品进出仓，须先进先出，后进后出，防止商品变质、霉坏，尽量减少损耗。 2.每天检查仓库的防火、防盗、防虫蛀、鼠咬、防变坏变质、防破损、防漏、防浪费情况，有问题及时上报。 3.认真执行验收制度，对进库物品及直拨物资的数量和质量进行细致检查和审核。拒绝验收不符合质量标准的入库物资。 4.严格执行领发料制度，按有关制度规定办事，掌握仓库物品的存放量，存放位置是否有条理；合理堆叠物资，避免因物资堆叠不合理造成危险和损失；拒绝不按制度手续办理的领料。 5.做到领、发料、货卡“三者”一致，及时记账，配合成本进行稽核工作，做到仓库账与财务账相一致； 6.定期或不定期提供仓库物品数量的变动情况，做好仓库物品申购工作，根据到货周期补仓，务求做到不积压资金而又物资供应不脱节。 7.对仓存超过使用周期未领用的库存物品，应及时列表通知有关部门采取有效措施，如多次沟通无效，直接进行强行调拔处理

1.按时按质按量完成各种数据、资料、报表的查询、统计等工作。 2.汇总与营业收入有关的原始记录资料，根据国家统一会计制度的规定和公司的有关账务处理要求核算营业收入。 3.每月按要求对本岗的收入及支出进行检查、核对和分析。 4.根据应收账款、其它应收款、预收账款、内部往来、坏账准备及业务周转金的定义进行账务处理，做到日清月结； 5.对电脑应收账款系统管理负全面责任，督促有关人员及时输入各类数据和追收账款；要求及时追账、清账，控制应收款的当月回收率；负责应收账项分析，定期报告应收账项余额。  6.根据有关单位及个人与酒店签订的签单协议等资料，复核签单客户账单后，开具发票，交信贷主管并督促其及时收账；按签单协议对超过规定时限的款项应及时向上反映。 7.每月及时与信贷主管核对相关单位款项的核销。 8.协助会计经理一起盘点各备用金的使用情况，并做好记录。 9.协助会计经理装订记账凭证，整理会计档案。 10.月结时应与出纳对账，出应收账龄分析表。 

【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店的库存物资的成本核算与控制，定期与有关帐目进行核对、 2、编制配餐卡，对每一种食品菜肴按消耗量编出成本计算单，为制定销售价格提供依据。 3、做好餐饮部总监和总厨的业务沟通，对酒店饮食管理控制系统提出提出改进意见。 4、定期与采购部、餐饮部共同对市场价格进行调查、分析，更有效地控制进价。 5、对仓库、收货部进行工作检查，严格各种物品、食品、饮料的购入、验收、入库、出库等有关手续和标准。 6、减少库存积压，配合库房每月汇总库存物资积压表，尽量利用库存积压物资以减低成本。 7、负责酒店应付相关工作。 【岗位要求】 1、财务、会计等相关专业大专学历，有会计从业资格。 2、具有一定的管理、沟通、协调能力和团队协作意识。 3、熟练掌握酒店会计的基本理论及实际工作方面的知识。 4、基本了解酒店所需各种物品的名称、型号、规格、单价、用途和产地。 5、了解同类产品不同共应商提供物资质量及价格差别。 6、熟悉酒店成本控制的方法，了解酒店物资消耗的基本情况。
