1 "在经理或者主管缺席时主持交接班说明会,确保员工了解酒店的活动和运营的要求。
In the absence of a Manager or supervisor, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known."
2 "在自己当班期间尽可能解决投诉,并在工作交接中记录所有投诉以便进一步跟进的工作。
During one's shift, try to resolve all complaints as much as possible, and record all complaints during the handover process so that further follow-up work can be carried out."
3 "负责编制每日存款及流动资金报告,监督现金处理与存放程序,以及指导员工执行现金安全制度。
Responsible for preparing daily deposit and working capital reports, supervising cash handling and storage procedures, and guiding employees in implementing cash security measures."
4 "监督服务设备的维护保养。
Supervise the maintenance of service equipment."
5 "监督客用设施和服务的标准。

6 "执行餐饮部绩效考核体系,跟进指标设定及数据复盘。

7 "按标准执行早晚班运营衔接,全流程管控服务与出品质量,确保操作符合食品安全管理体系、餐饮卫生规范,同步保障客户信息有效衔接。
Carry out the morning and evening shift operation connection in accordance with standards, fully control the service and product quality throughout the process, ensure that the operations comply with the food safety management system and catering hygiene standards, and simultaneously guarantee the effective connection of customer information."
8 "依据菜单与饮品单,严格执行出品标准化规范。
According to the menu and beverage list, strictly implement the standardization regulations for food and beverage production."

10 "实时响应并处置运营突发状况,及时通报并按要求总结成册更新应急预案案例集。
