Admission 20 minutes before, accept tasks and get related equipment. 当值时要精神饱满、仪表端正，提前20分钟到保安部报到，接受当天的工作任务和领取对讲机等工作用具，前往工作岗位接班。 Keep good preparation before working and relief of a shift every day. Record all the problems and report to the supervisor in timely 做好交接班工作，认真检查岗位范围内的情况，发现问题做好登记记录，并及时汇报工作。 Never leave working post without permission. 招聘保安部副理/保安部经理 保安部副理岗位职责： 1、熟悉酒店的布局、地址、消防喷淋系统、烟雾探测器、灭火器、紧急出口、消防控制室、火灾报警控制器面板、消防应急广播系统、酒店外的紧急集合地点、火/炸弹的威胁、安全程序，酒店的服务电梯以及紧急救护的设备； 2、建立和维持一套有效的监控机制，对所有进出酒店出入口的承包人，供应商和酒店员工进行监控； 3、对新员工进行防火消防安全的培训，确保新员工对其工作与消防安全紧密相连； 4、检查每日工作进度表，并对保安员轮流值班，巡逻等工作进行分配； 5、确保在巡视报告表格中对所有巡逻检查工作进行记录 保安部副经理岗位职责： 1、保安部的第二负责人，向保安部总监进行工作汇报，保安部总监不在时，代行其全部职责； 2、确保有一名部门成员参加酒店内部发生的有关安全保卫的事件的处理过程。认真审阅事故报告，开展调查工作以找出事件的起因，责任人(采取必要的措施)考虑如何在今后杜绝此类事情的发生； 3、对员工进行灭火常识培训，安全检查和消防疏散等基本知识的培训和演练。定期对饭店消防队进行培训演习以培养和保证消防队伍的技术水平； 4、负责检查消防和安全救生设备的使用寿命； 5、需持有注册安全工程师或一级消防工程师证书，具有国际品牌五星级酒店同岗位(保安部副经理或经理)工作经验者优先考虑。
