Primary Responsibilities主要职责
Oversee the entire wedding process from start to finish.
Responsible for the full execution on the wedding day, including stage
management, transitions, and ensuring the process runs smoothly and on time.
Develop detailed wedding schedules, timelines, and personnel assignment
sheets.
Coordinate and communicate with multiple parties: the couple, parents,
bridal party, emcee, photographers/videographers, etc.
Serve as the on-site director, resolving communication-related issues
and overseeing execution and details.
Guide the couple on positioning, ceremonial actions, and the toasting
order.
Provide attentive
companionship throughout, allowing the couple to relax and enjoy their wedding.
Assist with
preliminary preparations: help the couple confirm checklists, item lists, and
seating arrangements.
Remind about
wedding customs, important notes, and key timings for the day.
Participate in
sales activities such as routine client consultations.
Daily Work
Content (On the Wedding Day).
Arrive early to
inspect the venue, setup, and equipment.
Participate in
rehearsals (ceremony, positioning, handover, toasting).
Guide guests to
their seats and maintain order at the venue.
Control the pace
of the ceremony and coordinate seamlessly with the emcee.
Remind parents
and the couple for their cues: coming on stage, giving speeches, toasting.
Assist with
changing dresses and passing items.
全程统筹婚礼流程,负责婚礼当天全流程执行,控场,衔接,确保流程顺畅,准时。
制定婚礼流程表,时间表,人员分工表。
对接与协调多方人员:对接新人,父母,伴郎伴娘,主持人,摄影摄像等。
现场统一指挥,解决沟通相关问题。现场执行与细节把控。
引导新人走位,仪式动作,敬酒顺序。
全程贴心陪伴,让新人轻松享受婚礼。前期筹备辅助:协助新人核对流程,物品清单,座位安排。
提醒婚俗礼仪,注意事项,当天时间节点。
参与日常客户接待等销售工作。
日常工作内容(婚礼当天)提前到场检查场地,布置,设备。
参与彩排(仪式,走位,交接,敬酒)引导宾客入座,维持现场秩序。
把控仪式节奏,与主持人默契配合提醒父母,新人上台,发言,敬酒协助换婚纱,传递物品。

Be familiar with banquet service processes, and have experience in banquet service.

Professional appearance and

Proficiency in Cantonese is
required.
