乐富强酒店管理公司旗下乐富强·岱鳌山居项目，项目地址位于：安徽省合肥市庐江乐桥镇。 【岗位职责】 对客户服务、质量控制、培训考核、日常经营、内部管理等方面实施服务和管理工作。包含店内管家和客房的全部工作内容。有做过中端以上酒店销售经理岗位优先考虑。 【岗位要求】 1、全面负责店内的运营管理工作，根据公司要求开展门店的销售、创收、费用控制和基础运维工作； 2、根据门店经营目标，完成门店的销售业绩； 3、采取有效措施完成门店增值服务目标； 4、按照门店费用标准，控制门店运营费用； 5、根据运营的工作规定和服务标准，开展门店的日常管理和基础服务； 6、及时掌握门店的运营状态，联系安排房间维修和保养维护； 7、负责门店内下属人员工作管理； 8、建立、维护良好的公共关系（客户关系、邻里关系、社会关系），及时处理突发事件； 9、每日及时完成门店运营数据的核实工作； 10、定期进行运营状况分析，搜集整理周边市场产品价格销售策略建议（包含二销产品）； 11、处理客户投诉，不断改善门店的管理工作； 12、积极完成上级指派的其他工作

岗位职责： 1、全面主持处理采购工作，严格执行酒管公司下发的各项采购制度及统一采购相关指示，确保各项采购任务的顺利完成；  2、供应商、渠道考察和开发，选择供应商和采购方式，控制采购成本，合同谈判和管理； 3、根据供应商的交货质量、价格、交货期，每月对供应商进行评估考察； 4、负责组织相关部门进行设备、服务，食品原材料验收以及质量跟踪工作。 5、根据实际情况，制定年度采购招标计划，合理安排部门全年招标任务；  6、负责统筹原材料寻源和开发，搭建品类的采购网络布局和优化； 7、通过各种方式掌握酒店用品信息，向使用部门推荐质优价廉的新产品，加强与部门的沟通； 8、制定品类采购管理标准，负责品类的供应商提升； 9、负责核实供应商的履约情况，进行采购合同的款项结算； 10、负责对接紧急采购需求，做好手续后补工作；  11、对部门员工的业务能力、综合素质负有教育培训和检查监督责任；教育属下员工在工作中，要遵纪守法，对工作认真负责，不贪污、不受贿。 任职要求 1、年龄30-45岁，统招本科及以上学历； 2、5-10年以上采购工作经验； 3、精通酒店产品知识及采购流程，具有商务谈判能力和合同管理能力； 4、沟通协调能力强，具备编制采购计划和预算的能力，善于市场分析及成本控制； 5、要求有高度的商业保密意识，严禁向外泄露酒店的商业秘密； 6、熟悉使用办公软件，积极进取，责任心强，良好的团队合作精神； 7、拥有良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和成本控制能力，坚持原则，廉洁自律。

岗位职责： 1. 确保对所指定的客房及走廊提供符合希尔顿品牌标准的清洁及服务； 2. 与本部门和其它部门的同事保持良好的工作关系； 3. 采取合适的行动解决客人的抱怨，促销酒店与希尔顿的产品与服务，维持对产品和服务的高度，提高宾客满意度。   任职要求： 1. 具有良好的清洁房间日常操作方面的知识； 2. 能适应倒班工作时间，可以上早班和夜班，并且能在周末和公共假日上班； 3. 一年以上星级酒店客房服务工作经验者优先。

【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店公共区域、客房、办公区域等场所的日常清洁与维护工作，确保环境整洁卫生； 2、负责大理石地面石材的日常养护，包括除尘、抛光、打蜡、晶面处理，维持石材光泽度与平整度； 3、 依据大理石材质特性选用适配的养护剂、清洁工具，严格遵循操作规程作业，避免石材刮花、腐蚀； 4、按照标准操作流程使用清洁工具和设备，高效完成清洁任务； 5、定期检查清洁用品库存，及时补充所需物资； 6、协助处理突发性清洁需求，如污渍清理、垃圾清运等； 7、遵守酒店安全与卫生规范，确保工作过程符合相关标准； 8、配合其他部门完成临时安排的清洁任务。 【岗位要求】 1、身体健康，能适应体力劳动及站立工作； 2、具备基本的清洁工具使用常识，有相关经验者优先； 3、工作认真细致，责任心强，注重细节； 4、服从管理安排，具备良好的团队协作意识； 5、无不良嗜好，能适应轮班工作制。

1、按工作程序，保证维修单、工作指令单上规定的工作尽快地完成。 2、酒店各区域的家具、木制固定设施的维修、维护。 3、天花、玻璃、镜具、标志牌的维护保养。 4、各种沙发、椅子、柜台、墙面包布的维修和更换。 5、家具油漆（含新制家具）及装修板面的油漆。 6、机电设备及其水管、蒸气管、通风管的油漆。 7、各种砌筑工程、地面贴面修补、墙面刷白、天花批灰、刷白、屋面墙面补漏。 任职要求： 1、2年以上同岗位工作经验。 2、掌握装修、装潢的基本知识，并具有一定的审美能力。 3、掌握各种装修材料的工艺特性和操作方法，较熟练地掌握木器制作、维修、修补墙纸、各种五金配件的修理、修补地毯等基本技艺。 4、热爱本职工作，努力学习技术，不断提高业务水平，做到一专多能，举止文明礼貌。 5、身体健康，精力充沛。

岗位职责 1、落实岗位责任制和运行规程，确保所管辖的配电、水暖、空调、锅炉系统的正常运行。 2、实施管理范围内设备的维修保养计划，保证这些计划按预定的规范要求，按时按质完成。 3、对酒店改造工程，外包大修工程应积极组织人员密切配合，保证施工质量与进度。 4、制定本班组的备品、备件计划。 5、检查所辖范围内的设备运行状况、环境卫生、安全保障，杜绝非公务人员进入机房，保证设备安全。 6、组织实施工程部领导的运行调度指令和日常维修改造指令，并监督、检查完成情况。 岗位要求 1、从事设备管理工作5年以上。 2、有强烈的事业心与责任感，对工作一丝不苟，任劳任怨。 3、具有配电、锅炉等系统设备的操作维护、管理知识。 4、对酒店机电工程设备、建筑设备等的布局、功能有较深的了解，具有较强的综合分析、判断能力和应急能力，具有协调运行班组人员关系、合理调配人力和一定的组织管理能力。 5、身体健康，精力充沛。

工作描述 Job Description : 1. 与既有的客户和潜在的客户及合作伙伴保持密切的联系。 Identifies and handles sales leads effectively and efficiently. 2. 对竞争对手进行密集的调查，对其酒店产品知识有这透彻的了解。 Conducts extensive competitor researches and maintains excellent Product Knowledge of the Hotel. 3. 系统而有效地拜访现有的和潜在的范围之内的客户，把所得的发现和机会整合成报表并上交给销售部总监。 Ensures systematically and efficiently calls on allocated Accounts within location and reports findings and opportunities to the Director of Sales. 4. 预先调查并设定主要目标，利用Envision 数据库制定适合而有效的销售策略，从而扩大酒店的市场份额。 Pre-qualifies and targets prospects, utilizing Fidelio/Delphi database and develops appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel’s market share. 5. 根据年度市场营销计划上标明的个人负责区域来执行销售活动计划。 Implements all sales action plans related to responsibility areas as outlined in the Marketing plan. 6. 完成每月和年度个人目标、公司客户房晚数和客房收入指标。 Achieves the monthly and annual personal target and the corporate segment target room night production and room revenue. 任职资格 Qualification : 1. 文化程度：大专及以上。 Education background: junior college or above. 2. 语言要求：普通话 – 发音标准；有英语读写能力及阅读能力。  Language：Good Mandarin pronunciation，Good English literacy and reading. 3. 技能要求：具有丰富的销售技巧和技能；计算机能力良好。 Technical ability：Outstanding sales technique and salesmanship , good computer capacity. 4. 工作经验：2年以上同岗位工作经验。（国际联号工作经验优先） Work experience：2-year similar position working experience.（work experience in international chain hotel as priority） 5. 熟悉合肥销售市场，敏锐的市场洞察力和分析能力。 Know well the sales market in Hefei, keen insight into market and analytical ability. 6. 优秀的语言表达能力和沟通能力。 Excellent language competence and ability to communicate.
