岗位职责
1.Meet with customers regularly, handling proactive sales calls and reactive sales leads.
会见客户,包括销售拜访。
2. Set up personal plans for sales activities including number of calls, call objectives and what accounts to call on.
制定自己的销售拜访计划,包括拜访数量、电话拜访及还有计划拜访的客户。
3.Actively share information on guest comments, both positive and negative.
积极收集客人的意见,包括积极的或是消极的。
4.Identify new or existing markets/accounts that meet property sales strategy.
开发适合酒店战略需要的新客户或市场。
5.Understands the overall market - competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
了解整个市场的情况汇报- 竞争对手的优势及缺点、 经济趋势和供需关系,以及如何去应对以上情况。
