Duties & Responsibilities:
1.负责新老客户的开发和维护工作,收集客户意见和需求并及时反馈。
Responsible for the development and maintenance of new and old customers, collect customer opinions and needs and timely feedback.
2.利用公关销售技巧,按照所制定的价格、优惠、折扣政策,积极做好宴会销售接待工作、协议的签定、后续跟进工作。
Make use of public relations and sales skills to actively do a good job in banquet sales reception, agreement signing and follow-up according to the formulated price, preferential and discount policies.
3.根据客户需求,提出菜品的合理建议和意见,做好菜品安排工作。
Put forward reasonable suggestions and opinions on dishes according to customer needs, and make dishes arrangement.
4.根据公司季节性、节假日活动对新老客户进行推广宣传。
Promote new and old customers according to the company's seasonal and holiday activities.
5.对客积极主动,及时解决、跟踪有处理客户问题,并上报领导。
Proactive to customers, timely solve, track and deal with customer problems, and report to leaders.
6.参与部门及酒店的各项培训,学习和掌握培训知识。
Participated in various trainings of the department and the hotel to learn and master training knowledge.
7.完成上级交代的各项工作。
Complete the tasks assigned by superiors.
