existing MICE platforms/partnerships and identify new opportunities for the
purpose of gaining market share and revenue.

· IHG G&M book direct
enablement across platforms and hotel PMS connectivity meeting customer need,
while enlarging enterprise contribution
· Own hotel end to end
offer/promotion implementation, and daily maintenance.
· IHG G&M system/tools
enhancement based on business requirement.
· G&M Offer/promotion design
and implementation, by working with IHG Sales, Loyalty, Commercial
Performance and Operations team to conclude relevant offers by brands,
destination underpin varies seasonality.
· Provide critical inputs and
enable Sales leadership in the development of industry strategy, insight
feeding and expand manage accounts MICE penetration.
· Leading G&M related
initiatives/projects that innovates efficiency and own cost.
