岗位职责 管理酒店所有部门的布草、制服的清洁、发放、回收与存储工作，确保数量、质量与周转效率。 监督布草洗涤质量，与洗衣厂保持紧密沟通，确保符合酒店标准。 负责制服发放、借用、退库、换季与新制服制作协调工作。 定期盘点布草与制服库存，确保账实相符。 管理布草运输流程，提高流转效率并减少损耗。 筹备开业职责（已整合）：参与酒店开业前布草与制服的采购、数量规划与款式确认；建立布草房与制服房运营体系、流程及台账制度，并完成开业前布草入库与系统建档。 岗位要求 至少 3 年奢华酒店制服房或布草房主管经验。 熟悉布草及制服管理流程及洗涤工序。 熟练使用办公软件，具备良好沟通协调能力。 基础英语沟通能力优先。 有奢华酒店筹备开业经验者优先考虑。

负责餐前餐中餐后的服务工作，包括引导宾客入座、摆放餐具、点餐传菜、结账送别等，确保服务流程规范有序，提升宾客用餐体验。 熟悉菜单内容及菜品特色，主动向宾客介绍推荐，解答关于菜品、酒水的咨询，根据宾客需求提供个性化服务。 及时响应宾客呼叫，处理简单客诉并反馈给上级，确保宾客问题得到妥善解决，维持用餐区域的良好秩序。 负责所辖区域的卫生清洁，包括餐桌、地面、餐具的清洁整理，餐前检查设施设备完好性，餐后做好收尾工作。 协助完成食材、酒水的清点与领用，配合厨师及其他岗位人员做好出餐衔接，保障餐饮服务高效运转。
