The Duty Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a professional relationship with the guests prior, during and after their stay. Major responsibilities include the communication, following up on all arrangements according to the guest’s preferences and needs. As well the past departure correspondence, following the guest’s stay.
Ensuring a high level of guest service at all times beyond the guest’s expectations. Dealing with the guest comments in a respective time frame; assuring a proper follow up and providing the required feedback.
Approachable and visible for the guests, aiming for the unparalleled service the hotel pursues.
Undertaking any other duties and responsibilities as required.

1. Fluent in English / Mandarin (spoken and written)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS必要的资历要求
1. Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a similar position in a in a comparable hotel.

2. Familiar with OnQ system and Hilton Honor program is preferred.

3. Hilton Alert Sence system for emergency case is preferred.
