【岗位职责】 1、熟悉并能正确处理各种不同的布巾。 2、确保正确使用设备和化学剂。 3、立即向洗衣房经理和主管汇报有关设备故障的问题。 4、细心处理客人衣物，尽量避免损坏、缩水、丢失纽扣等。 5、在有要求时收集客人衣物，确保准确记录客人房号。洗衣前后检查所有项目并记录损坏、褪色等，对自己不熟悉的衣料不能擅自处理。 6、核算客人洗衣的成本，并确保准确及时的寄出。 7、向客人提供优质服务。 8、确保客人需求和合理要求被满足。 9、 不断地寻找机会发展对客服务。 10、采取适当的行动解决客人的投诉。 11、坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序。 12、坚持酒店的清洁和养护。 13、保持维护所在工作区域的高度整洁。 14、识别出客衣的种类 15、完成主管交给的额外任务 【岗位要求】 1、 会识别不同布巾, 熟悉洗衣所用的化学试剂。 2、有2年及其以上布草和客衣洗涤的工作经验。
