【岗位职责】
1.按照酒店规定的值守时间,实时监控酒店全域监控画面,重点关注出入口、客房走廊、财务室、后厨、停车场、消防通道等关键区域,确保无监控盲区,密切观察画面中人员、物品的异常动态,对可疑情况进行重点跟踪录像,并做好书面记录。
In accordance with the hotel's specified duty hours, conduct real-time monitoring of the surveillance footage covering the hotel's entire premises, focusing on key areas such as entrances and exits, guest room corridors, finance office, kitchen, parking lot, and fire exits to ensure there are no surveillance blind spots. Closely observe abnormal movements of people and items in the footage, conduct focused tracking and recording of suspicious situations, and maintain detailed written records.
2.法规与规范执行:严格遵守并监督落实当地卫生防疫、安全生产、消防管理等相关法律法规及行业标准,确保酒店运营完全符合政府监管要求;同时,严格执行公司内部安全规范、应急处理流程及地方各项规章制度。
Implementation of Regulations and Norms: Strictly abide by and supervise the implementation of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards such as local health and epidemic prevention, work safety, and fire management, ensuring that hotel operations fully comply with government regulatory requirements; at the same time, strictly implement internal company safety norms, emergency handling procedures and various local rules and regulations.
3.配合当地公安、消防、卫生等政府职能部门开展安全检查、联合演练等工作;加强与酒店各部门(如前厅、客房、工程、餐饮等)的联动,确保安全管理要求在各环节有效落地;必要时协助处理客人的安全咨询或投诉。
Cooperate with local government functional departments such as public security, fire, and health to conduct safety inspections, joint drills, and other work; strengthen collaboration with various hotel departments (e.g., Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food and Beverage (F&B), etc.), ensure that safety management requirements are effectively implemented in all links; and assist in handling guests' safety inquiries or complaints when necessary.
4.有处理突发事件的能力,能根据酒店相关标准及要求,快速处理突发事件。
Having the ability to handle emergencies, and being able to deal with them quickly in accordance with the relevant standards and requirements of the hotel.
5.执行健康及安全法规、政策及程序。
Implement health and safety regulations, policies and procedures.
6.执行酒店安全及紧急情况政策及程序。
Implement hotel safety and emergency policies and procedures.
7.充分的理解并遵守员工手册内容。
Fully understand and comply with the contents of the employee handbook.
【岗位要求】
1.大学专科及以上学历。
College diploma or above.
2.至少1年以上酒店相关岗位工作经验。
At least 1 years of work experience in hotel-related positions.
3.持有消防设施操作员证书。
Hold a Fire Equipment Operator Certificate.
4.熟练使用电脑办公软件。
Proficiency in using computer office software.
5.良好的中英文读写能力
Chinese and English reading and writing skills is good.
