1.4-5年五星酒店的餐厅经理经验、2年以上同职位五星级酒店管理经验。
Experienceas outlet manager for 4-5 years in a 5 Star Hotel. Experience in similarposition for a minimum 2 years, in another 5 Star hotel.
2.领导技能及培训技巧、可以长时间的工作。
Strong inLeadership skills & good training conducting skills. Willing to work for long hours.
3.优秀的英语表达及书写能力。熟悉计算机系统包括格式及软件。
Excellent English skills(verbal and written). Computer literacy,including spreadsheet software.

1.确保餐饮部运作符合其酒店策略,适当执行酒店规章。
Ensures that the Food and Beverage activities arealigned with the respective ccorporatestrategy, and that thehotel actions have beenimplemented where appropriate.
2.确保所有员工遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。
Ensures that all associatesdeliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
3.将员工的工作能力通过多项技能、多项任务和有弹性的日程安排的运用而达到最大化,以完成经营上的财政目标和顾客期望。
Maximises associateproductivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexiblescheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as theexpectations of the guests.
4.确保每个盈利部门(例如:餐厅、酒吧、宴会厅)都在遵循品牌承诺的条件下以利润最大化为目标而运作。
Ensures that each profit centre (e.g. Outlet, Bar,Banquets) is operated in line with maximising profit while delivering on thebrand promise.
5.不断评估当地、国内和国际市场趋势、供应商和其他酒店/餐饮企业营运状况以确保酒店自身经营状况保持竞争力和领先位置。
Evaluates local, national and international markettrends, vendors and other hotel/restaurant operations constantly to make surethat the hotel’s own operations remain competitive and cutting edge.
6.理解并严格遵守员工手册中的规章制度以及涉及到消防、卫生、健康和安全的酒店政策。
Understands and strictly adheres to rulesand regulationsestablished in the associatehandbook and the hotel’spolicies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety.
