【岗位要求】
1、具备领导才能,了解所负责部门对各职位的责任
2、掌握使用互联网及其它主要电脑系统的知识
3、掌握应用销售及前台的电脑系统
4、了解商务旅游、旅游业国际市场,会议旅游及餐饮销售
5、能够掌握和理解市场和竞争
6、必须具备良好的中,英文读写能力
7、良好的电脑技能
8、良好的人际交往和沟通技巧
9、独立工作和团队工作的能力
10、5年以上销售与市场推广方面的经验, 包括在国际连锁酒店的管理经验并有最少3年的销售经理经历
Co-ordinate and arrange activities accorded by the Sales & Marketing Director / Manager.
根据市场销售总监/经理的指示,协调和准备各项活动
Update Director of the day to day activities of the section. Keep them fully updated of situation related to the department
向市场销售总监/经理更新部门内的每日活动指引,并让他们知晓所有与部门有关事宜
Attend sales meeting and take minutes, accurately transcribe and circulate to appropriate personnel
参加销售会议并作记录,做到记录准确并分发相关人员
Maintain a filing and trace system for the Sales Department
维护部门文档及跟进系统
Answer incoming telephone calls for the Sales Department and either transfer, redirect or take a message
接听部门来电,并作转接或留言
Co-ordinate & organize all requirements for Sales staff on business trips.

To assist with the implementation and upkeep of employee communications

工作描述Job Description
1.完成各自负责销售区域的销售目标。
Responsible in achieving sales target objectives of his/her assigned area and business segments.
2.在销售总监的监督下,履行酒店赋予的职责。
To perform duties within the framework defined by the hotel as supervised by Director of Salest
3.通过保持与其负责区域客户的联系来进一步提高酒店的知名度。
Represents and promotes the hotel by maintain constant contact with customer base of his/her responsibility through Customer Relationship Management
4.保存和更新销售记录。
Maintains and updates sales records manually and electronically regularly
5.监督下级员工按时完成当日所有工作。
Supervise subordinates to ensure all daily task are completed in a timely fashion.
任职资格 Qualification
1.必须具有良好的中英文交流及写作能力
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin are a must
2.良好的交流沟通能力
Good interpersonal and communication skills
3.熟练操作微软等操作系统
Proficient with Microsoft Windows other software
4.妥善处理及回复客人需求;
Able to handle guest request and feedback in a professional manner;
5.了解,旅游产业和宴会销售
Knowledge in Corporate, Travel Industry and Catering Sales
6.良好的交流沟通能力, 良好的团队合作精神

7.具有至少2-3年国际连锁酒店的相关经验
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels
Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing restaurant sales-related opportunities and build up related relationships with potential clients. Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity through hotel visitors. Achieves personal and team related departmental revenue goals. Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer interaction. Provides service to customers in order to grow the business on behalf of The Shanghai EDITION.
负责主动寻求和管理餐厅销售相关的机会,并与潜在客户建立关系。通过酒店访客等渠道最大化收入,挖掘潜在合作。实现个人和团队部门的收入目标。代表上海艾迪逊向客户提供卓越服务,提升客户忠诚度,以发展业务。
工作内容:
A. 拜访有业务潜力的客户,发掘新客户;
B. 不断向同行收集市场信息等资料,与上级协商后作出相应的措施;
C. 向客人提供公寓发展的最新信息,对于客户所提出的需求给予适当的回复;
D. 跟进贵宾/商务会议团等入住公寓期间的工作,做好公寓重要客户的接待工作;
E. 协调与各部门的工作关系,为客户提供贴心的服务;
F. 每日总结上交销售拜访报告,建立客户和其它有关数据的资料库;
G. 维护公寓的利益,严格遵守销售和运作规程;
H. 协助处理日常工作,完成上级安排的其它工作。
岗位要求:
A. 本科以上学历,年龄23-30岁,1-2年以上住宅行业销售经验;
B. 热情正直,形象良好,端庄大方;
C. 熟练使用办公软件,具有强烈的事业心,能承受一定的工作压力;
D. 具备优秀的销售能力和良好的沟通协调能力。
