Overview:
Marketing Executive works closely with the team to deliver day-to-day business results and make sure key success metrics are achieved, including but not limited to conceptualizing, writing, proofreading and editing original content of digital and offline experiences, client-facing interaction and presentation.
Responsibilities:
• Copywriting for both digital and offline marketing initiatives, including social media, briefing materials, press materials, newsletters, email campaigns, banner advertisements, and invitation letters, ect.
• Collaborating with co-workers and come up with fresh, creative content ideas, keeping our audience in mind
• Providing editorial support for all marketing related materials to meet high-quality standards
• order to carry out the creative vision.
• Develop compelling content ideas and copy requirements.
• Ensure strategic execution while collaborating closely with Marketing and Communications associates when involved.
• Establish and maintain a consistent naked tone and voice appropriate for naked Retreats and the audience of the medium without oversight and make branding recommendations when needed.
• Write effective and compelling short or long-form copy for all communication channels.
• Research, create and articulate high level concepts for digital experience based objectives and brand considerations.
• Recommend fresh concepts that add to smart marketing messaging for the project.
• Determine tone, style, structure and voice of related communications.
• Ability to actively contribute to strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and execution.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Marketing with good understanding of lifestyle, luxury, hospitality and sustainability industries. Knowledge of the hospitality industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Business or Hospitality.
• Excellent language skills in both spoken and written Chinese and English (Prefer native English and Chinese speaker or Chinese citizen with international education or working experience).
• Strong writing and analytical skills. Proficient in a bilingual business context. and other Office software for reporting and presentation.
• Familiar with different digital and media channels including social media such as WeChat/Facebook etc and additionally follow the trendy marketing tools.
• Organized and able to handle multi-tasks. Able to work under pressure and meet the deadline.
• Result-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn and take constructive suggestion.
